\n\t\t\t\tWe begin to produce fine wines always from the concept of sustainability, implementing the necessary technical resources to direct ourselves towards it. Respecting the environment, being friendly with it and transferring the same concept in the construction of the winery, where we seek to sustain over time without depleting resources or harming the environment in this growth process.
\nThe Eco-friendly and sustainable Tourist Winery, whose opening date is scheduled for the end of 2021, will be able to generate its own electricity, since it will have solar panels capable of supplying the entire property. These types of actions strengthen the idea of a sustainable winery because it is less dependent on resources such as hydrocarbons.
\nThe tourist winery will also have its own tanks of different sizes to produce in scale and use them according to the maturity of each variety when required at the appropriate time. A laboratory equipped to carry out routine tests and quality control as well as new experiments and introduce innovations in grape varieties while maintaining high quality standards.
\nHacienda del Sacramento seeks to achieve sustainability in its facilities, showing that the wine industry can also make use of the application of alternative energy methods.
\nToday, we are a winery with a perspective of caring for the earth, of recognizing and disseminating the value of a raw material with high quality standards, and above all that its production does not cause any damage to the ecological environment. \n\t\t\t\tFine Wines Flavoured with Colonia's Terroir\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tAll our wines are produced with grapes from our vineyards, which they are taken care of Us with total delicacy and invest time and quality in each process so that the terroir of Colonia del Sacramento stands out when they been tasted.
\nThe vineyards are located 18 km from the center of Colonia del Sacramento, the tourist city that is close to the R\u00edo de la Plata and Buenos Aires, capital of the Argentine. The soils where our vineyards are located, in Colonia, are very good, the proximity to the river and the warm temperatures with cool nights and abundant rain mean that artificial irrigation is practically not needed.
\nThe vineyards are identifyied to obtain an annual history of key indicators on each plot of the terroir. Annually our lands are measured and analyzed. We obtain soil samples to monitor and analyze its evolution. We try to include minimum chemicals into the plants so that the subsequent process hold on to that characteristic aromas of Cologne in the taste of the drinks.
\nThe distribution of the lands of our vineyards are pleasing like a view point because you can see the division of the variaties, and each path that separates one vineyard from another, as well as one lot from another, has a special story to be told.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>

\n\t\t\t\tThe richness of Colonia in terms of wines is extraordinary. This is due to the privileged geographical location in front of the sea and with people passionate about the vineyard who have a great knowledge in the subjetc. Many winemakers were immigrants from the European Mediterranean with a recognized viticultural trajectory and their descendants continued on their way.
\nColonia is one of the nineteen departments that make up the Oriental Republic of Uruguay and is considered an area with the most relevant historical identification of wine. Its capital is Colonia del Sacramento. In 1995 it was declared a World Heritage Site by illustrating the fusion of Portuguese, Spanish and post-colonial styles.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
